We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated SPV General Manager (Operations & Maintenance) to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the day-to-day management of the SPV during commissioning and O&M phases, ensure operational stability, maintain contractual compliance, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, client representatives, and the O&M subcontractor.
Nationality: Saudi Nationals only (preferably based between Jeddah and Yanbu)
Project Status: Commissioning stage and transitioning into operations and maintenance
Expected Joining: Mid-May to mid-June 2026

Role Purpose
Lead the day-to-day management of the SPV during the commissioning and O&M phases. Serve as the central coordination point between internal teams, client representatives, and the O&M subcontractor to ensure stable operations, contractual compliance, reporting accuracy, and governance discipline.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between the SPV, client representatives, and internal teams.

Oversee transition from commissioning to steady-state operations.

Ensure all readiness plans, procedures, and handover requirements are completed.

Direct the O&M subcontractor to meet KPIs and service level standards.

Manage daily SPV operations including documentation, governance routines, and reporting.

Lead a small internal team and ensure accountability and timely deliverables.

Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and HSE requirements.

Monitor operations, risks, performance issues, and corrective actions.

Oversee budget adherence and financial processes with the Finance Manager.

Manage stakeholder engagement and escalations.

Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related). Non-engineers may be considered with strong O&M leadership experience.

Leadership and management certifications are a plus.

Minimum 10 years relevant experience with strong O&M exposure.

Experience in water infrastructure or asset-intensive environments preferred.

Familiarity with long-term O&M or BOT-type project structures is advantageous.
