Job description
We are looking for a Technical Filling Supervisor for our Gas Suppression Factory in Riyadh.
The Technical Supervisor runs the day-to-day filling operation, leads the filling-station operators
and ensures the daily output is met without compromising safety or quality. This is a shop-floor
leadership role for someone who has filled cylinders and run the equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily filling across the stations against the order mix assigning agents /
cylinders to stations. - Lead, train and roster the filling operators; enforce the standard fill sequence and SOPs.
- Operate and maintain the agent pumps (air-driven / electric),
- Manage compressed-air supply, vacuum, piping line-ups and the manifold; prevent any
cross-connection between agents and pressure classes. - Own preventive maintenance and minor repairs of pumps, valves, seals and the valving.
- Work with the Factory Operation Manager to release products and to close out non
conformances. - Track output, downtime, agent consumption and spares; report to plant management.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Deep Knowledge of Gas Suppression System is a must.
- Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience equivalent positions
- Supervisory experience and basic maintenance / troubleshooting skills.
- Proven hands-on experience in a gas-cylinder or clean-agent filling plant, including running
pumps / boosters and the fill sequence end-to-end. - Deep Knowledge pump types and when each applies
- Familiar with NFPA 2001 & 12, UL / FM, ISO 14520, TPED / DOT, and high-pressure
safety. - Able to read P&IDs, set torque / pressure / weight parameters, and lead a team.
