Job description
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background and extensive experience in large-scale Water EPC projects.
Work Base : Al Kharj

Candidate Requirements
- Civil Engineering background
- 20+ years of experience
- Design Manager experience on large-scale Water EPC projects
- Water/Wastewater Infrastructure experience – NOT Buildings
- Experience with Transmission Pipelines, Water/Wastewater Networks, Pumping Stations and/or Treatment Plants
- Native Arabic speaker
- Fluent/Native English
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams
- Manage design consultants and project stakeholders
- Manage design scopes, schedules and Design Responsibility Matrices
- Design change control and constructability reviews
- Design Management Plans and technical deliverables
- Construction tender packages and design coordination
- Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Consultants and Client teams
- Support both ongoing and tender projects
